November 2007 - January 2008 - This sedan was in dire need of some attention to the failing bodywork and rust issues popping up everywhere. We located replacement fenders and original quarter panels and went to work. Ross worked his magic and had the car stripped down and to all metal. Then the blocking began. Hand blocked the sh*t out of it until all those old Mercury body lines were crisp and laser straight. Laid down the solid light blue in base/clear. The interior pieces also got a new layer of the darker blue interior color. We installed the customer supplied interior and it left here as a stock looking Comet.
